The Chicago Cutlery® brand hosted a sculpting competition in Toronto on October 14 at the St. Lawrence Market, with art and culinary students from the U.S. and Canada, to see who had the sharpest cutlery skills. Team USA won the "Sharpest Cities" title with their interpretation of U.S. monuments carved from Canadian white cheddar, judged by 'Top Chef' Stephanie Izard, Canadian TV personality Korey Kealey, and Alison Kent of Canadian Living Magazine.
